From January 2026 the FSA now requires three things on every pest visit:

1. Updated bait map showing every station and what’s in it. 2. Trend report — “activity decreasing/increasing/no change”. 3. Proof the manager reviewed and signed off the report.

Paper folders fail this instantly because the contractor’s report gets filed and forgotten.

Digital fix: contractor emails the report → manager photographs it or uploads the PDF → taps “reviewed” → done. Takes 45 seconds and satisfies all three new requirements in one go.

Skip it and you’re now looking at an automatic 10–15 point hit.
