How to Run Two Sites With One Set of Logs
Owners with two (or more) cafés used to keep identical paper folders at each site and pray they stayed in sync.
One digital account with location tags fixes everything:
– Staff choose “High Street” or “Market” when they open the app. – All checks, temperatures, deliveries, and cleaning are automatically filed under the correct site. – Manager sees both locations on one dashboard. – EHO asks for records → tap the site → export → done.
No more “I think the cleaning sheet is at the other shop” panic. Both sites always look perfect, even when the inspector turns up at the quiet one.
