The Correct Way to Store Raw Meat in a Tiny Fridge
Most small fridges have only three shelves and nowhere perfect to go.
Correct order from bottom to top (no exceptions):
Bottom shelf: raw meat, poultry, fish (sealed containers or wrapped). Middle shelf: cooked meats, cheese, deli items. Top shelf: ready-to-eat (salads, cakes, milk).
One drip from raw chicken onto a cheesecake = instant major non-compliance and possible closure.
Label the shelves if you have to. Take a photo and keep it in the app. Takes 30 seconds to set up, saves the entire business.
